Every battery, motor and display ships with serial verification, original packaging and full manufacturer warranty (typically 2 years on batteries and motors, 1 year on displays).
Unused, unfitted OEM parts can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Batteries are accepted back via our pre-paid UN3480-compliant courier label — never post a lithium battery via standard post. Fitted parts that fail under warranty are replaced free of charge once the diagnostic report is uploaded.
